What on earth do I do with my boobs in my prom dress?

My prom dress is backless with spaghetti straps so I can't wear a bra - what can I do to support them? Has anyone tried tape, or adhesive bras? Really need advice
stick up bras work, you could always get nipple covers if that's what you're worried about.
Hold them up with your hands and wear some false arms? Just kidding, sorry, I have no idea.
I have a similar problem - strapless (bit on top) and backless dress, what am I supposed to do???
You can buy bras with clear backs/straps, e.g: this is one example.
Think I'm gonna do this, will look great on the photos

Not sure but maybe you could tailor some kind of in-built bra/corset? The clear bra also seems like a good idea.
