Well it would depend on which University you apply for... But some universities (i.e. University of Surrey) don't require an additional A-level and find that BTEC Applied science is enough for a biology degree. But if I were you I would just search the University you are keen on applying on and look through their undergraduate prospectus within their website and see the grade requirements their or e-mail them if you still need clarification.
