I’ve picked A Level Chemistry, Psychology and Biology. From what i know they’re all on the AQA exam board.

If you have done / are also considering taking these - what advice would you give in terms of revision and overall preparation in the summer?

Thanks in advance x

You don't need to prepare over the summer.

Chemistry and biology are quite a different show at A-level, mainly because you're often given vast oversimplifications at GCSE and then you find out how things actually work (although I wouldn't be surprised if there's a bit of lying in A-level too). Like, electron shells going 2, 8, 8... nope.

An important point for biology - the mark scheme in A-level is very pedantic on requiring exact key phrases. So when you learn a new topic, learn how to answer questions on it as well - don't just memorise the info.
