I don’t have anything to do during summer and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, because my anxiety is just getting worse and it’s only been a week

That’s an awful suggestion

OP, pursue some of your hobbies, get a part-time job, do some volunteer work, work on improving yourself. There is a plethora of activities out there. Find something you’ll enjoy and the summer will be gone before you know it!

I have to wait until I get my national insurance to get a job
I don't really have any hobbies either, so I don't know what I could do. Do you have any suggestions for hobbies I could start?
Thanks for the advice

Any art stuff you like? Sketching/painting/or just visiting museums and making a blog about it.
Dancing.
Some instrument you can learn.
Blogging.
Cooking/baking.
Running/or any other sports.
Learn a new language.
Knitting/embroidery.
Or join book clubs/some other society you could be interested in.
Or sth related to fashion?

I can just go on and on lol

I'm interested in fashion, but I don't know what I could do involving it. I would also be interested in going to museums, but my mum would be against it. Sorry that I keep coming up with reasons why I can't do your suggestions 😂. Thank you for the advice x

That’s okay

You can research and learn stuff about art online. You can even make notes and just try to increase your knowledge base! You can do the same with fashion!

I know, it's so bad. My brain just starts to go crazy and overthink like mad, so I get bad panic attacks and everyday goes slow.

Here are some ideas:
volunteer
go outside
meet up with friends
go to the cinema
go to the gym
learn a new instrument
learn a new language
join a club
learn some stuff online e.g. maths or science
read the news
do meditation or yoga or both
watch interesting (hopefully not too outdated!) youtube videos, e.g. about astrophysics or maths
You are definitely not alone. Many people suffer from anxiety or have anxious moments. My summer has just started. Today was my first full day after exams and I relaxed.

You can just spend the entire of summer thinking about what to do this summer, and if you finish that think about what you will do next summer.
Trust me it is fun.

Maybe try some new hobbies, I know it sounds cliche but maybe try photography, or learn how to sew and make your own clothes. Also if you are not much of a reader, try to find books that you may like. Idk... maybe start a new Netflix show...
