I think Photosynthesis, Population sizes, Genetics and Respiration come up every year.
    Nervous system comes up alot.
Kidney doesn't come up much to say what a big topic it is.

I'm dreading them too...hence why I am still awake at 2:48.

ahh Friday the 13th! I'm not generally a superstiticious person but I am more than slightly worried that I am going to do terribly on Friday, and it doesn't help that I've got LOADS of other exams this week to revise for

Its rubbish that respiration probably wont come up, i learnt it all the other day. we've been told that these are possible to come up :
    nitrate control/eutrophication
    mitochondira adaption
    codomiance/dyhbrid cross
synapses/reflex/action potential ( likely to be a big question)
    natural/sexual selection
    preditor/prey,-inter/intra specific woodland conservation
    classification& features
    calvin cycle
    meiosis & mitosis.

Apparently this is the last year the kidney will be on the syllabus so as a result it is more likely to come up - according to one of my teachers anyway - really hope so as the kidney is pretty standard stuff!!!
