Lit Review

My topic is double anti-thrombotic therapy (anti-coagulant and anti-platelet), which I stumbled upon (couldn't think of anything else), however I am unsure how I want/should approach it to make it easiest.

From what I gather, double anti-thrombotic therapy isn't commonly used? and if used it's in patients with AF? I was thinking of perhaps exploring the prevalence and risk/benefit of long-term double anti-thrombotic therapy is this viable? or are there any other/better angles I can explore?
