Low crime, good schools, clean air.
London as the only place I've lived.

There are very many, alongside quite a lot that would not be so good, usually because they are for one reason or another starved of investment. It also depends what you like. For me not being remote, being leafy and hilly, good architecture and with a rich culture are important. I like living in Gloucestershire.

Central London, not many knife crime, good connections and shops. Airports etc.

Bradford
Pretty clearly, the place to be is Birmingham.
