I’d rather have diarrhoea because at least it all comes out and you’re not sitting there bloated and sore and in massive pain

I mean tbh constipation isn't that bad, you don't notice it half the time and takes up so much less time and energy compared to diarrhoea. Just imo

The D, lol

It would be embarrassing to have to get the “backlog” surgically removed because of constipation (I read an article about a guy who had over 10lbs of **** removed, wow)

I've lived with chronic constipation for like 2/3 years now and it is not always as severe as people make it out to be. It is pretty commonplace for people with IBS and other conditions like myself, and can really just be helped with a decent diet

But what if it can’t be helped?

Then you really have to pick between the lesser of 2 evils. Personally constant diahorrea is still to extreme for me, just because of the time and energy spent expelling things from your body. With constipation you can still function normally, albeit with ample trouble.

Diarrhoea.. Hands down. I wouldn't mind even having it now, at least it comes out all at once.
