Calulate your BMI - just ONE measure of weight/height proportion

    http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/magazine...mi/index.aspx#

Whether you're male or female is generally important. Either way you're fine though. Probably the bottom end of average. Certainly NOT overweight.

Edit - Your sis is NOT overweight.

The BMI calculator has it at a healthy 21.1. I would tell your sis not to worry

If you work out the BMI its 21.1 which is perfect as "Normal weight = 18.5-24.9" So shes nowhere near overweight. Im around the same weight but 5ft4-5ish and 16..so no its fine!

Hno no, the BMI is 2323.8. Which is ridiculous and hirarious. She is at a highly elevated risk of high cholesterol and diabetes and stuff.

It's is certainly nowhere near overweight though. Please, OP, tell your sis this. If she is really this weight she should be fine. Just continue eating a balanced diet.

There's no need for anyone to be weighing themself every morning, even those trying to lose weight. It just doesn't seem healthy.

Weighing yourself every morning is a little extreme, unless you're of course trying to lose weight. But she shouldn't lose any weight!...I weigh myself about once a week to makesure Im not gaining loads and if I do I just lose it.
