I am trying to create a healthy learning environment, where students feel free to ask questions, but I noticed that there is peer pressure. How can I help them to feel more comfortable and participate?

My professor uses Swift polling for students who are afraid to speak up or express their opinion. With this app, we just post our anonymous answers or ask questions that we are interested in.
