Applying for Postgraduate loan...

I am applying for the student loan for my Postgraduate course which starts in September 2019. On section 3, it is asking me 'What was your permanent home address on 1 September 2016?'During this date my permanent address was at my parents home. However, I don't live there now and I haven't been living there since early 2017. Will this effect my loan? Will SF run off my parents income? As they will not be supporting me.

We do not take your parents' income into consideration when applying for a Postgraduate Loan. These questions are for the purpose of determining your residency.
