Plagiarism - GCSE English Speaking

I'm currently in Year 10 about to do my English Speaking, and my speech is mostly associated with a Ted Talk I watched. I changed one or two paragraphs to fit the time restraint and made it more personal for me, but the narrative of the speech is still the same.

Would I get penalised or caught out for this?

I strongly doubt it, what exam board are you?

My exam board is AQA. I haven't seen any examiners reports and such on the issue at hand, but I'm kinda scared.

Since the speaking grade doesn't actually go towards your english language final grade (just means that you can be entered for the exam), I really don't think that you'll have any problem.
