    hi,
    im average 18 year old, 5,11 bit too skinny for my liking!
    can anyone help me with trying to add bit of muscles to my arms ad chest?
    wieghts, food, protein etc!

    Dude you dont just work arms and chest you gotta work the 3 biggest muscles-chest,legs back if u wanna bulk up.

    Eat 6-7 meals a day
    Get 7-8 hours of sleep
    Find and effective routine
