Do you think going to the US is a better option...?

There are lots of new 'modern' universities that offer global degrees based on much broader disciplines (e.g., Minerva) as well as growth of online unis beyond the UK - like ASU Online.

Has anyone gone down this route and do you think they're worth is - do you think UK employers take them seriously...?




A national newspaper is looking for comments/opinions on taking a year out before applying to univeristy, so any replies to this thread might qet quoted
