What is this? for example if you were testing whether something had geometric mean, and had null hypothesis as a single value, and alternstive hypothesis as anything, and n pieces of observed info.
would the dim of alternative hypothesis just be the n, number of pieces of observed info that used to deduce it? Then the null hyp would have dim 0 as its already decided and no info helps deduce it?? but i'm pretty sure the dim of a single value should be 1
