Any tips or advice going into year 13? I’m just a tad nervous about going into upper sixth so any advice would be much appreciated!

It’s not that bad. If you put in the effort in year 12 then just continue doing that in year13.

You should still have a lot of free time imo, use your frees in school for study/hwk then do abit at home.

Make the most of your teachers and if you feel stressed out remember to open up

I’m going into year 13 in September too but my goal is to stay on top of work as much as possible and start revising as early as possible because I NEED those grades for uni

It's basically year 12 again but with uni application stuff bunged in. If you were doing well last year then it's just business as usual. Make sure to work enough at home etc.
