How to save up for a nose job as a student

I am 18. I won't be starting uni until next year, so I'll be graduating this time in 5 years... So it's safe to say I won't have a full time job anytime soon lol. I was just wondering how the hell people my age & uni students are financially able to get nose jobs. My parents are poor so I can't borrow money from them. Part time jobs don't pay much, and when I start uni most of the money from my part time job will probably be used for utilities. I need a nose job as soon as possible because it's seriously affecting my quality of life. Help?

You either work more shifts and earn more, or you just don't get a nose job.

My friends that had cosmetic procedures as students funded them through credit, personal savings, their maintenance loans and income from escorting or porn.
Many private clinics specializing in cosmetic surgery do offer financing deals, some interest free.
Other than credit, your only other option is to gradually save up as much of your income and student loan as you can.
