Yeet more further maths. If you're edexcel can you give an estimated score/300, or percentage? (increasing sample size for accurate grade boundary predictions)
OCR, sorry :/ think i got somewhere between 200-210

Well yeah. But that's only because if you're doing further maths, you're already good at maths. You're getting the cause and effect the wrong way round
Again, I’d have to disagree. I got a 9 at Gcse maths with very little effort. AS maths wasn’t too bad. Sure it required a lot more time and effort than biology and chemistry. Once A2 came in I started getting shafted. Nothing made sense anymore and the lessons may as well have been another language. I put in 3 hours into maths every day and got a private tutor for 1 hour a week. Still feel like I’m nowhere near an A.

Edexcel haha. Got 225-228 but reduced myself to 205-210 just for the mistakes I didn’t realise.

Done some statistics on the poll using edexcel's published grade proportions, and assuming linear distributions in each interval

An A* is 248 and an A is 224, going by the TSR voters alone. As we know, TSR is skewed and always overestimates boundaries. Plus, there'll be more than 24 marks between A and A*. So we can expect the two boundaries to be a fair bit lower than those figures, take them as upper bounds

(and I also did edexcel and got somewhere in the mid-high 220s and I'm needing an A for my offer, if that's any relevance)

I think there should be at least 30 marks between A* and A. I’m hoping 245 A* and 205 A. Can’t tell because my classmates’ marks are between 205 and 278, so I’m hoping for the best.

Most of my classmates seem to be on 240+, but then my college generally has vast majority A*. I think your suggested boundaries are sensible, though I'd put A a few marks higher
