Hi all!

I have to summarise a set of cases for a research project. The case is British Airways v Williams and is about the pilots of BA wanting higher annual leave payments. The case reached the CoJ who gave a preliminary ruling and the case went back down to the Supreme Court to give a final ruling.

BUT... instead the Supreme Court gave the case back down to the Employment Tribunal to deliver a final ruling. Can anyone help and tell me where I can find this case?!? I have so far tried googling but as I don't attend an English University, maybe a British student will know how to find this?

TLDR: How do I find a case from the Employment Tribunal??
