Hi ,

So I’m currently in year 12 and I have an end of year Sociology mock tomorrow (OCR) which counts to my UCAS regardless of the grade. I really want to do well in this exam and my upcoming ones.

My sociology teacher has given us the three main topics which will come up but hasn’t told us the questions or which ones are going to be the 6, 12 and 20 marker.

Here’s are the topics :

1) relative nature of culture
2) Identity
3) informal agencies of social control

I think one of questions for informal agencies of social control will be something like “ Outline and briefly evaluate the view that informal agencies of social control are effective in ensuring that people follow society’s rules”.

Can someone help me plan to this question and what sociologists and case studies to include? As I’m struggling a lot. As well as this, if anyone can help me plan the identity and relative nature of culture on what to include.

Thank you so much!
