does anyone know how to evaluate cns and neurotransmitters as a way of explaining human behaviour (8 marks) edexcel

I would assume they're expecting you to refer to the biopsychosocial model and basically say why looking at just the biological viewpoint of understanding human behaviour isn't enough to get the full picture.
