Got told my boyfriend cheated by his ex

My current boyfriends ex messaged me telling me that he cheated but my boyfriend is denying it and now I don’t know what to believe... what can i do?

If all it takes is a jealous ex to send one message for you to doubt your boyfriend, I worry about how easy you are to be manipulated.
