What are the best cheap accom ranging from 3k-4k, all i have seen are horrible!!!

I think you will struggle to get accommodation for less than £4000. This is quite a useful document if you havent already seen it and directly compares what you get with each option https://portal.uea.ac.uk/documents/6...4-571c2a2dde8a

You basically have three options under £4000, all sharing bathrooms and potentially sharing a bedroom. That might be something worth looking at - some of the twin rooms are found in the newer blocks (Britten/Paston/Victory) but you cannot specify this over the slightly older ones (colman/constable).

I would suggest that if you havent seen the accommodation in person then perhaps it is worth visiting an open day or applicant day so that you can look at them in person and get a feel for them once lived in. They can look very industrial when empty but become much nicer once they have personal items and personal touches!
