Hey do you wanna talk about it and possible triggers that could be causing you to feel like this?
it's good to explore your feelings and stuff
try going out, meeting up with people who make your feel comfortable and happy
maybe even do some physical exercise
you could also explore your creative side and do some art maybe
meditation is always a good one
try figure out what works for you the best and helps you calm down
also try the grounding technique - that helps in times of anxiety

there are online sites such as silvercloud and big white wall that can offer you support in the mean time. you can also talk to teachers or family members, and friends if theyre able (sometimes it can be overwhelming for younger people, so always check that theyre ok to talk). there's lots of self help apps too, such as calm harm and various meditation and breathing apps. good luck xx
