Hello,
I've been offered places at Kingston University, Ravensbourne University and University of the Arts (Camberwell) to study BA(Hons) graphic design.
I'm having a really hard time choosing which university to go with.
At the moment I'm leaning towards Kingston, but the only thing that's holding me back is its location. I strictly wanted to live in London, and I feel like the location is just so far away but not sure if that's not a big deal.
Give me all the pros and cons of these schools especially focusing on the graphic design courses

If you’re leaning towards Kingston then that’s probably the right choice for you. It’s not exactly far away from central London!

Yeah maybe that’s right!I was also really interested in Ravensbourne, because it’s digital and industry focused. About Kingston i like that’s it seems more traditional and experimental.

If you choose Ravensbourne you need to know that the accommodation is private and not run by the university. Therefore you might be living with people from outside Ravensbourne. Also because the accommodation is private it’s first come first seved as opposed to applying by a set deadline and being offered a place.

Hi @kerttu

Ravensbourne is a small and specialist university and is only 9 mins on the tube to central central London. Although the accommodation is private they work alongside the accommodation to offer discount rooms. Scape is lovely loads of my friends lived there in the first year then moved into a house for the second and third year.

Have you been to an Open Day to talk to the graphic design course leader that will help you really decide if it is the right course for you.

Mel
