I have been dealing with it for the past year now and is becoming increasingly worse. Apart from councilling, what other ways can help

Hi there. My mum suffers from PTSD herself and it has caused a lot of anxiety in her daily life. She's been having counselling sessions to help with her anxiety and aspergers syndrome. When it was discovered that she had PTSD, the counsellor referred her to have hypnotherapy. Have you considered this?
