Extreme Muscle Pain in one of my LegsWatch
I woke up on a Thursday and experienced a strong muscle pain in one of my legs that limits my movement, I can't bend down properly nor move properly without it hurting me.
Backstory: I don't do any of those dangerous exercise activities etc that could of caused my leg pain, I also don't consume enough dairy products (milk etc).
The pain I'm having right now is like a strong tightening feel, restricting me to pull and move my leg. The pain starts from my thigh area all the way down to my ankles.
I have researched about it on Google.. leading to all possible different kind of diseases and illness it may be. Don't want to misdiagnose myself without making sure it actually is something serious.
I don't know if pain killers will solve the issue or not?
Anyone have any other advice on how to tackle/help this muscle pain?
Also, are you sure it's just not a sore muscle after an intense workout? This can happen when you utilise one leg more than the other.
