Landlord/Estate Agent Visits

Currently renting. Want to know how often you guys get landlord/estate agent visits ?
Also what is checked for when an inspection takes place ?

I keep my place in top condition, better than the previous tenants so hoping all will be ok

Before we bought our house, none of the places I rented ever inspected during the tenancy only when we were leaving.
