My dreams have seemed realistic for about 6 months now, to the point I have to remind myself it was only a true or I’ll have false memories and confuse it with reality or vice verse.

But last night something really freaky happened, I was having a nightmare but it wasn’t scary it was just freaky, I just remember everything turning to lines and moving like spider legs, at 3am I jumped out of bed and ran screaming.… then I realised it was all a dream. Now every little thing is really scary me, usually I’m not jumpy but I’m feeling super sensitive and confused, almost like I’m traumatised/in shock
