Hey guys.

I’m starting my PGCE in September in primary, and I was just wondering what I need? Stationary and book wise. I know I’ll get a reading list from my provider, but I wondered if there was any books that you’d recommend.

Thanks in advance.

Personally I'd look at getting a good A-level and GCSE textbook for your subject- not to read cover to cover now, but they will come in useful during the year.

To start with, all you really need is a notebook and pen- once you've gone into school on placement, you'll probably figure out what else you need. Having your own board pens for placement and a remote "clicker" that lets you change your power point slides from a distance are useful too!
