DofE - Eating Watch

So basically, I have an unhealthy relationship with food. I have been coping really well with it eating 1500 – 2000 every day. Anyway, we did a practice weekend for gold and I came back and got in a cycle of purging then started to spiral into my eating disorder I have lost 6 pounds in just over two weeks. I have my gold practice in 5 days and I have had like 1 meal a day if that for the last fortnight. So, I don’t know what to do practice is 4 night 5 days. I know I will make myself do it anyway so I don’t know the best way to not put to my strain on body would be. Also, I am not slim or tiny just for the record.

This sounds complex so I don't want to give advice but did want to let you know I've read this post and I hope you have a positive outcome. I have done the DoE Gold and it's a real strain on your mind and body. Please look after yourself (and your team). Best of luck xx
