I tried to get work experience for the whole year .. now after I applied through the hospital website they gave me one for radeology because dentistry one is full. Shall I take it or is my chance of getting into dentistry next year is gone?

I'd say don't give up, but that you might not get very far in your dentistry application with radiology.

Have a look at these pages:

https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/uni...ork-experience

I hope they can offer you some insight to try and get some dental work experience, even for a bit over the summer or at some other time is probably going to be more handy than radiology.

Did you go into dental surgeries in person? My daughter must have dropped round 20 - 30 dental surgeries and only one offered her WE. They were very good with her though.

Unis realise it's hard getting WE so the radiology might be better than nothing. You'll still pick up things of iae in the way patients are informed of procedures for eg and interactions between health professionals.

Yup pretty much same. I also went in person and asked many clinics. I also tried to call and ask in another place I will be visiting soon they also don't offer at all.

Have you any relatives you could stay with I another part if the country and try there?

Or ring you local uni that does dentistry or dental therapy and see if they could assist?
