I accepted an offer from a University, when will they respond?

I accepted an offer from University of East London and was wondering how long I'd have to wait until I get receive any kind of communication from them? I accepted the offer on the 25th June. Would I need to wait until after HE exam boards are finished before I hear from them?
I really want to get my student accomodation sorted at the University but I can't do that until I've got a student ID.
When might I hear from them?
Most universities won’t send acknowledgment. Just look up on their website how to apply for accommodation - if they haven’t sent you your ID yet then ring up and ask for it.
