Highly doubtful, I think the EU will play Russian roulette in the knowledge that they have UK parliamentarians more on their side than the side of the British people.

The simple answer is no primarily because the EU themselves already offered the bulk of the UK what they wanted (an exit date for England, Scotland and Wales). The opposing force in our bid to exit is not the EU, it is Ireland and there is little reason to believe they will not call his bluff.

Boris may get Brexit through with the Labour 25 but it will be May's deal with some kind of letter rather than a meaningful change.

No deal remains a distinct possibility.
