I don't think the details are publicly available- and I believe people who are affected have been contacted. If you think you might have been affected, then it's probably best to contact the Skills Test helpline directly.

No, I took the QTS tests in 2002. It seems like a pretty big deal though and it's obviously caused major problems for some unfortunate people

From what I read it affected one question in which the question was marked with the wrong answer.

So if you failed by one mark and had this question come up then you could feel hard done by!

Yes Sceptical_John I'd be devastated if a clerical error had scuppered progression. Also, on a more personal level, the stigma of 'failing' a literacy test must have been hard to manage too.
