Not sure which country you're from but unis there are very expensive for internationals, not to mention that most medicine programs are only for students with a previous Bachelor's degree much like in the US/Canada.

Undergrad or postgrad? Afaik, u can only do a med bachelor's degree in Auckland uni or Otago uni in NZ, so that should help cut down the options. Just go on the websites and look for int fees, but you would need to complete a one-year bachelor's degree in something else first so add that on top of the cost; see if it might be cheaper to just do a postgrad. A lot more options in Australia but the entry requirement are higher and it's likely to be more expensive (ANU, UoS, and Monash tend to be more expensive I think). Edit* https://universityreviews.com.au/lowest-tuition-fees/ (Not sure how reliable it is).

None of it is exactly 'affordable'. Not sure why anyone would be willing to pay extortionate fees to study medicine overseas but u do u.

That's the extent of my knowledge so I'll stop before I start spreading misinformation.
