I relaxed my hair for three years and decided that I wanted to go back natural so I did the big chop. Now 7 months being natural I notice that my natural hair is so much more thinner than it use to be. In comparison before I started using relaxers my hair was so thick. I really want it to be as thick as it use to be previously any advice will be welcomed.

i wouldn't use too much heat on it and also i would be careful with what shampoos i use. if you look online, some with (i think) sulfur in are more harsh for your hair. just steer away from harsher chemicals and maybe even wash your hair less often? maybe speak to your hairdresser because at the end of the day they are professional and know what's best for different hair types.
