I’m now in my penultimate year at university, studying for a BEng degree in Joint Mathematics and Computer Science. I received a 2.1 this year, and was wondering what my chances are for getting into a bank like JPMorgan or Goldman Sachs for an IB internship next summer

chances are as good as other targets if you have decent cv / cover letter - check mergers and inquisitions or WSO for inspiration
