iv'e searched it up and most articles associate boredom with mental illnesses, so do you lot think its bad?

I've no idea. I guess being bored often may mean you have a poor social life or little interest, which I think could lead to mh illnesses.

I get bored very easily but it's probably had more of a positive effect on my life than negative.
