Every time I give myself a break or want to relax, for example watch TV, go on my phone, watch YouTube videos or anything else I immediately feel guilty and start to panic about losing out on productivity. Sometimes I don't even have anything specific I need to get done yet I ask myself why I'm wasting time. It's exhausting. I feel like I got this unhealthy mentality from secondary school and college. I don't feel this way when I'm out with friends, only when I'm spending time alone. Any tips or advice?

Maybe make a to do list over a weekend but tell yourself it doesn't matter when in that time it gets done.
