Hi.
I am having lessons, and am improving, I do know that, but every 3 or 4 lessons I have a shocker, I just seem to mess everything up, it’s a viscous cycle. Any tips on what can do?

How many lessons have you had? What are you having problems with?

My dad is a driving instructor, he tells everyone when they start that every now and then they will have a lesson where nothing goes right and that's normal, it should start to happen less as you improve. The only thing you can really do is when something goes wrong go back and start fresh in your mind, you may feel calm but people tend to mess up more after a mistake because of overthinking. But basically dont worry about it

Are there any patterns? Is it a special time of day, are you tired, stressed, hungry etc? Do you make one mistake and let it spiral?
