Anybody have experience on "topping up" their BTEC after certification?

Anybody have experience on "topping up" their BTEC after certification?

Just wanted to ask if anybody has ever topped up their BTEC qualification? e.g. from a BTEC Level 3 Diploma to an Extended Diploma?

I am currently short on a couple of units for a full BTEC Extended Diploma, (personal reasons prevented me completing 2 compulsory units at the time) and I want to top this up, although its possible its proving a nightmare to organise as colleges don't seem to really want to take this on.

If anybody has experience in topping their qual up advice would be really appreciated.
