I'd noticed that nobody had made a Classics chat yet so here we go!
To introduce yourself:
1) Where are you applying to?
2) What A Levels are you taking?
3) What are your predicted/target grades?
4) Iliad or Odyssey?
5) Recommend a book/article for fellow applicants to enjoy!
I'll start, since I created this, I guess:
1) Cambridge, Durham St Andrews, Edinburgh, Royal Holloway
2) English Literature, History, Classical Civilisation & EPQ
3) A*A*A
4) Probably The Iliad? But mostly because I don't like Odysseus.
5) The Darkening Age by Catherine Nixey, exploring the role of religion in the fall of the Roman Empire!
