So I went to a see a psychiatrist specialist which the GP referred me to. Meeting went well I told him everything about my symptoms
Swollen lymph nodes
White and yellow tongue
Loss of appetite
Shortness of breath
Not enough blood flow
Unwanted hair loss
Lack of energy
Muscle loss and not being able to fit in to my normal clothes
Right now I’m not my normal self I used big muscular feeling strong I was enjoyed eating food it’s been going on for three months now and I just i don’t know what to do he said it may be linked to agitated depression.

But I see myself a completely different person physically and face and hair appearance weather some don’t really notice it I dream about being my normal self again but seems very impossible at this point.

He referred me to a DR who he knows quite well and that is very good. Has anyone felt that there is something physically wrong with there body that’s not to do with depression but they think it is its really frustrates me really need some expert advice or who has been through this situation

Best to wait until you've seen the doctor for advice, hope you get to the bottom of it
