Do your own research and make the best decision for you.

I've heard good things about Roehampton for teacher training, not heard much on Kingston.
Go and visit, research about placements etc.

There isn't much that matters in the way of university prestige or rankings when it comes to Teacher Training either, it's broadly the same training wherever you go, but how well delivered it is depends on the university and where you're placed.
As has been said, there's no real "better"- you have to choose a uni which suits you. Think about the course structure and what the unis can offer you in terms of support. It may also be worth researching the placements the unis can offer to see whether these are likely to be workable for you.
