Can I still apply for a tuition loan? 2019-20

Hello, I have been accepted to a uni through clearing, can I still apply for a student loan to cover my tuition fees this year? Otherwise I'm kinda screwed :frown:

You can still apply for a student loan to cover you tuition fees, follow the student finance website for more info on how to apply! - https://www.gov.uk/student-finance

My only advice would be to try and get your application in as soon as possible so the process of getting finance can get underway and there will be less risk of a late payment
