I picked second option lol, they wanted long term survival and the IT sector moves to fast, not to mention alot of people by ocnsoles now. they would also get the limited liablity and make more money plus get some more working capital and specialisation of labour.

Seemed a no brainer to me.

^ said about making more money as I also chose the second option but what got it for me was the fact, it made them BIG profits, of course big losses too, but for long term survival they need something drastic and not something to just prolong the problem.

That my opinion anyway.

Well exams done, hope I get into Uni, enjoy life work harder next time in the next set of exams.

Yeh there is the profit side, which I mentioned but you would also of had to mention how they could get there. Two years on a loss would mean working capital and loans which I why i reccomended they make a bs report for getting a loan
I picked first option! :frown:

But I really did think I argued my point well....is it true that no matter which option you pick, as long as you argue it well, it doesn't matter?
