DR Ebola outbreak classed as 'global heath emergency'
Normally the standard course of action would be to quarantine the country but seeing as its a country in name only that would seem rather tricky in this instance... it does rather bring to mind that movie from '95 called 'outbreak' (if anybody has watched it?) where the Yanks simply tried to napalm the disease away
