Hi to all the biomedical science students who are studying the course currently! Would really need some help in solving this thought of mine!
What are the maths topics needed in this course?
If yes, is the maths hard?

I have a friend studying Biomedical Science in Asia and he said that no maths are required in the course;however, biology is studied most in it together with Biochemistry and etc.

I am commencing in the UK soon for Biomedical Science too but I wonder if is applied to all Biomedical students around the world?

Maths is involved but only at a basic level. Honestly a good GCSE standard is sufficient, its just obviously applied to things like moles, grams etc in first year. Beyond that basically no Maths. GL

Thanks jc933! I scanned through some universities in UK which their modules have Maths but some don't. So, quite confusing on it.
You are a biomedical science student too?

Just because a degree is titled 'Biomedical Science' doesn't mean they're all the same. A University could call their degree Biomedical Science and have completed different modules to another provider.

That is true to some extent. However biomedical science degrees that are accredited often have very similar modules.
