Is it weird that men in 2 diff countries can have diff opinions on ur beauty

So I’m Indian and all my life when I lived in India I got so much attention ever since I was like in year 3 and boys would always be having crushes on me and asking me out but now that I’m here in the uk in my sixth form I don’t really get much except an occasional text nothing serious why is that

Different men have different opinions?
Different countries have different views on beauty?
Different countries have different cultures on dating and attractiveness?

Is it weird that sometimes countries thousands of miles apart can be different?
